Purchase and return policy

PRENFY operates under a monthly subscription model. Through this, clients can manage monthly content in digital media.

The terms of use detail the conditions of the service, which is referred to as "the service" and includes both the writing and distribution of press releases in digital media, as well as access to the internal platform or App called the "internal zone."

Subscription

1.1. The subscription to PRENFY begins at the time of registration (payment) and will remain active until the Client requests cancellation. To access the service, it is necessary to provide a valid and updated payment method, as well as correct information for billing and service management. The Client must approve each content from the PRENFY platform for its subsequent publication.

Unless the Client cancels the subscription before the corresponding billing date, they authorize PRENFY to automatically charge the subscription fee to the indicated payment method for the next cycle.

If some subscription services have special conditions or restrictions, these will be informed by the sales agent or will be visible during the registration process. PRENFY may also communicate active promotions via email, through the internal zone, or through sales agents.

Billing Cycle

The subscription fee for PRENFY's service will be charged via the payment method associated with the account on the date indicated in the Client zone. Generally, the payment date matches the day the registration process was completed. For example, if the Client subscribes on December 10th, the payment date will be the 10th of each month, unless a different date is agreed with the support department or a specific circumstance arises, such as a plan change or a renewal issue.

Payment Methods

To use the PRENFY service, it is necessary to provide at least one valid payment method. If the primary payment method is declined or becomes invalid, the Client authorizes PRENFY to charge the subscription fee via any other payment method linked to the account. The Client is responsible for any outstanding unpaid amounts. If the payment cannot be processed for any reason, the service will be suspended, and the debt will remain outstanding. Non-payment of a renewal will not result in account cancellation, but the pending fee will accumulate, and the service will be frozen until the overdue amounts are settled. The Client should check with their bank for details such as local taxes or fees for foreign currency transactions.

Changing the Payment Method

The Client can modify the payment method at any time from the "Account" page. In some cases, service providers or payment processors may automatically update the information based on data provided by the Client's bank. By making any changes, the Client authorizes PRENFY to continue processing charges through the payment method(s) associated with their account.

Cancellation and Service Termination

The Client may cancel their subscription at any time before the next renewal date. After cancellation, the Client will retain access to the service until the end of the current billing cycle, i.e., until the next renewal. Fees already charged will not be refunded, as the support and editorial team will be working on the account. Unused fees will also not be refunded, as the paid articles will remain available for the Client to use at their convenience. To cancel the subscription, the procedure can be completed from the internal zone, through the "cancel subscription" button, or by sending an email to [email protected] requesting non-renewal of the service at the next available date.

Usage Restrictions

Unless expressly authorized in writing, the Client agrees NOT to:

(i) Archive, reproduce, distribute, modify, display, perform, publish, license, create derivative works, sell, or use content or information contained in the PRENFY service or obtained through it.

(ii) Remove, alter, disable, reduce, block, hide, or interfere with any content protection.

(iii) Use robots or other automated means to access the PRENFY service.

(iv) Decompile, reverse engineer, or disassemble any software or other products or processes accessible through the PRENFY service.

(v) Introduce any type of code or product, or manipulate the contents of the service.

(vi) Use data search, collection, or extraction methods.

(vii) Upload, email, or transmit by any other means material designed to disrupt or limit the functionality of any software associated with PRENFY.

Miscellaneous Provisions

These Terms of Use will be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United States.

PRENFY reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use whenever it deems necessary.
